I?m giving this restaurant a double 0. The food that I ordered ended up being overly salted. The manager was called to rectify... this problem; she chose to argue about it instead. I was handed a menu to order something else but the service made me feeluncomfortable about eating more food. Every plate I was handed in the beginning had a salt issue. The manager wanted me to haveone thing fresh but wouldn?t accept that everything was too salty. I understood the things I order, I have to end up purchasing.The issue was the way the food was prepared and cooked. I will not be coming back nor will I send people over to eat there. I would give a zero if I could! I ordered takeout last night for family of 4. Was on hold for over 20 minutes to place the... order. Spent well over $70 on the order. Finally got home with the order and they failed to include an appetizer. I wasfrustrated at this point and didn?t call back to just be put on hold another 20 minutes. I ate my dinner and decided I wouldcall back today to resolve the issue. I didn?t go to a fast food restaurant and paid $20. I paid over $70. I simply asked forthe amount to just be refunded to me. I spoke with manager, Rick, who was a complete jerk. He refused to issue me a refund onsomething THEY MESSED UP ON! It?s not the amount that is the issue it?s the complete lack of customer service. He was arrogantand rude. He wouldn?t let me talk and kept talking over me. He said the best he could do is try to give me a credit on a futureorder. I explained to him I had different expectations and higher standards from their restaurant and the fact they aren?t fastfood. Why would I want to go back there when they messed up and won?t make it right AND more so, the lack of customer service Iexperienced! Please be careful ordering anything from this place. Went here for family dinner. Three of us ordered the ribs and one a burger. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone with only... a slight pull. The burger was very large as well. Food was excellent. They seemed a little under-staffed. It took a while to get our drinks from the bar. Despite that, I... would still go back for the food. I love their salad with house dressing and the blackened salmon on the early bird menu isdelicious. My husband had steak and he thought it was really good! This was the first time going here and I have to say the food was delicious!!!!! I got the J. Peters Chicken and it was moist... and mouth-watering. The cinnamon apple crumb cobbler and honey butter croissants are to die for! I gave it a 4/5 stars due tothe slow service that we experienced. I understand that staffing is low right now and it's the busy season however it was likewe just kept going unnoticed by our server several times. But give it taste and you won't be disappointed!
