The most amazing date nights in MB!

The Fowler dining room takes reservations only during specific times of the year. Definitely worth the wait! The students make... amazing food! You will not be disappointed. I look forward to it every year. They also have a bakery called Layers. Their hoursare 10am - 2pm at the moment Monday through Thursday. Students run the bakery and it is AMAZING! They also have coffee,cappuccino and lattes that are delicious. It's also affordable. The bakery is a great place to have lunch and take home somepastries. I absolutely enjoy coming here! Read more

Lunch at Culinary Institute was a real treat. I've lived in Myrtle Beach for 3 years and not found any restaurants that were... better than mediocre, most here that I've tried were subpar. ICI was immaculate, welcoming and the presentation was great. Thefood was well thought out and tasty. I give it 5 stars, but to be honest this is not same as 5 stars for"real" restaurant. These are students, after all, so you can be a little forgiving. But honestly, compared to the other restaurants I have been toin Myrtle Beach this is actually 5 stars. They had a beef and oyster salad that was very nice, but they had added fried caperson top. At first I thought they had gotten some old herbs, then I tasted it. The cured beef and pickled onions were tasty, butof a rather soft almost bland texture. The salty, crispy fried capers jumped up the texture and brought out the flavor. Brilliant idea! If you live here or visit, this is a must go! Online reservation is simple (only$25 a person). Also, bring atrip for student servers! Went again for dinner, even better! Read more

Amazing meal! Service was on point, food was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed the idea of eating at a school where they are teaching... the next generation of chef's. Upcoming spring semester dinners look great and I'm waiting on reservations to open. Read more

Very disappointed today at Layers. The spinach salad was really just a clump of spinach with soggy croutons, croissant was dry,... salami calzone was so greasy. I really think they need quality control. The mushroom soup was good. Read more

We had a wonderful lunch! Went as a group of 8, not knowing what to expect. From the start, I was impressed with the way we were... greeted and the lovely table setting. Our server helped us as we read the menu, brought us a lovely charcuterie board, andrefilled beverages. Very friendly. We tried to order a variety of the menu options since this was a first visit for each of us.Everyone was very happy with their meals - and we can't wait to return! Read more
