Tried to place an order on line for pickup, does not take cash so can't place an order. Tried calling in to place order would... not pickup for several calls then when finally got a person she pretended she couldn't here and hung up. Be aware! After our last visit and our mediocre meal we received the debit card withdrawal on our on-line bank statement. To... our surprise, an additional $5.00 was added to the total . Jasmine was our server and being we were happy with her service weleft a cash tip of over 20% on the table. My wife clearly marked the receipt ?$0? on the tip line. My wife called and spokewith Justin, the manager, who seemed to be aware of this happening before. He was very apologetic and offered to compensate the$5 difference plus gave us a $10 gift certificate. No real reason was forthcoming but if this was a ?honest mistake? I amwilling to accept. Otherwise, this needs to be corrected to ensure that it doesn?t happen again and parties involved heldresponsible. Second time not really the charm. I do enjoy their chocolate shakes and this time I tried their All-Americancheeseburger. Decent size beef patty with the usual toppings of lettuce, tomato, cheese pickle and Mayo. I ordered the 4 piece chicken tender platter with the tots,coleslaw and a slice of sourdough bread. Tenders were nothing compared to the thick, golden brown tenders advertised when youcame in. Mine were thin on the chicken, heavy on the breading and overcooked. In fact, when I broke off a corner the breadingjust crumbled. Tots were definitely deep fried too but edible.
