I just had the worst experience this morning at Dunkin Donuts located at 3635 Walton Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. I have a coupon... for 6 free donuts with the purchase of 6, so I preceeded to the drive thru and began to order. When I said I had a coupon withthose details on it she immediately caught an attitude and said she had to ask her manager if they accepted the coupon. I ofcourse then explained the coupon and said it wasn't for a specific location just a generic coupon because I assumed we weren'ton the same page and there was no reason for a Dunkin to not accept a Dunkin coupon. Then the manager got on the speaker andaggressively explained she wasn't going to accept the coupon and I could go to a different location where maybe they wouldaccept it. She continued her rant and threatened to call the cops on me, to be more specific the sheriff's office, which she hason speed dial. Let me add I never got loud or threatened her at anytime. Whoever was on drive thru this morning (9/7/2022) is extremely rude and nasty. Apparently the manager and regional manager have... the same attitude due to the service or lack there of that was received today. It?s disgusting.
