This was a weird experience. We ordered online, pulled up to the drivethru speaker and told them it was a mobile order. We went... got to the window the employee was an older lady who literally just opened the window and stared at us for like 10 secondswithout saying anything. Finally we said it was a mobile order again and she closed and walked off. She came back and handed usthe drinks after several minutes and never said one word to us. I said thank you and asked for straws and she still saidnothing. It was so so weird and rude. Read more
Dunkin donuts will forever be my go to coffee shop I have tried other brands and just can't get past them. Duncan's is always... consistent, Although sometimes seems to have staffing problems but who doesn't know a days. Read more
Save yourself the trouble and don?t go. I waited for 35 minutes in the drive through line. Got to the window and no one came to... the window for 5 minutes. I knocked on the window to get someone?s attention, because I could see my drinks there on thecounter, but they ignored me. Dunkin runs some really nice shops. Maybe this one lags because of staffing issues. We snagged a box of donuts, and a milk... (later found milk was sour even though sell by date was not reached). Service was okay, but no smiles, or energy at 7 pm thatday. Come for the donuts and enjoy. But don?t expect more. Read more

Absolutely horrible. I ordered through DoorDash, so I wasn?t even informed that I was going to be given a completely wrong... order. They didn?t tell my driver at all. I ordered 3 strawberry frosting donuts and 1 chocolate frosted which I did notreceive. I did receive the one glazed and one jelly, but I was given 2 glazed and 3 jelly instead of what I actually wanted. Theworst part is that I wasn?t even given six donuts. Clean place. Quiet and small and connected with a Baskin Robins. Unfortunately they had hardly any Supply by 4. Plenty of random... plain donuts with icing and types of cereal on it. They did provide a police/fire discount which saved us about 50 Cent. I'msure in the morning they have much more to offer and you should definitely go but get there early and get the good stuffapparently that's what everyone's doing.
