This was a weird experience. We ordered online, pulled up to the drivethru speaker and told them it was a mobile order. We went... got to the window the employee was an older lady who literally just opened the window and stared at us for like 10 secondswithout saying anything. Finally we said it was a mobile order again and she closed and walked off. She came back and handed usthe drinks after several minutes and never said one word to us. Save yourself the trouble and don?t go. I waited for 35 minutes in the drive through line. Got to the window and no one came to... the window for 5 minutes. I knocked on the window to get someone?s attention, because I could see my drinks there on thecounter, but they ignored me. Dunkin runs some really nice shops. Maybe this one lags because of staffing issues. We snagged a box of donuts, and a milk... (later found milk was sour even though sell by date was not reached). Service was okay, but no smiles, or energy at 7 pm thatday. Come for the donuts and enjoy. But don?t expect more. Read more
