Hands down our favorite Dunkin in town! They're always super busy, like all Dunkins are, but it's worth the wait! They almost... never run out of croissants and I don't think they've ever messed up our order. The staff is super friendly and helpful, andeverything is cooked/baked properly. I encourage everyone to drop a tip in their cup when you visit! Those poor girls runthemselves ragged to give us the best possible service and they deserve our appreciation! Read more
got a coffee this morning, drank half of it and then took another sip just to have a bee in my drink. i?ve had an eye on my... coffee since i bought it and i?ve had no bees around me so to have this in my mouth is absolutely disgusting. something isn?tbeing properly handled or taken care of obviously because why was there a bee in my drink. Waited 18 min in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of us to only be asked; ?I?m sorry- what did you order?? Sat at the... window for over five until they even acknowledged us. Come on DD- you can do better than this! It?s not the first time. It wasthe last!! Read more
If this wasn't the only location near me, I would avoid entirely. Staff greets friendly and switch when you point out something... wrong with order (which is very often). My biggest problem was placing 2 cake orders for my kids birthday and after spending 30minutes detailing and getting the order in apparently they couldn't find order when I went to pick it up 2 weeks later on mykids virtual which left us scrambling at the supermarket for a basic cake. They had no remorse or manager who could speak to me.If there was a Starbucks near me I would spend the extra money there gladly before going here. Read more
This Dunkin Donuts is the absolute worst! The drive thru wait is ridiculously long, the workers don't seem to care, extremely... unorganized, if you order breakfast sandwich it looks thrown together, when you order a toasted bagel it comes out warm nottoasted, then comes the wait..no reason why anyone should wait over 30 minutes in drive-thru for coffee! I went to three McDonald's simply looking for a vanilla latte only to be met with "I'm sorry, we didn't have any vanilla" so, I... went to Dunkin donuts where I knew I would be able to get good coffee. 8:45 pm. Entered Dunkin and found no other customers waiting to be serviced. Great timing, right? 3 employees. One working... drive through. 2nd standing behind the employee working but not helping. Maybe only there to take orders through her headset. 3 blond employee found it much more important to have a chat with two friends at the end of the counter than to actually askcustomers if they would like to order. No employee helping customer at counter. After standing at the counter and making eyecontact and whistling the theme sound for Andy Griffin ( don't ask why) we decided to leave and on the way out the door the 3rdchatty employee said "thank you, have a great night". Went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts and a coffee. Pretty simple you would think. Obviously it?s a challenge... because half the donuts in the box were wrong!! Coffee tasted extremely bitter. Asked for 4 different types 3 of each. Endedup with what she felt like putting in the box. GO INSIDE OR CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Read more
