i love this dunkin and their workers they?re really nice and they always get my order right. however the drive thru line wait... times are insane. i?m currently sitting here waiting and haven?t moved in 10 minutes. in the mornings i don?t even botherwaiting in the drive thru because this location it?s a guaranteed 30 minute wait every morning. The employees here are absolutely disrespectful. I come here quite often because its near our house. Today I came to get a... frozen coffee, which apparently has been out of order every time I have came to get a frozen coffee this week. I asked the girlif they had any frozen coffee just to make sure because it's the only thing I enjoy drinking because I am pregnant, everythingelse tastes gross. She gave me attitude and said "No do you not see the sign?" obviously I see the sign, I was double checkingthere is no reason to be rude. I decided to just leave. I love this Dunkin location. There's a guy that usually is at the window that looks like Troye Sivan and he is so nice. I once... came through wearing these huge sunglasses (they were the only ones I could find) and I was very self conscious because I wasafraid they made me look like a bug but he looked at me and said he loves my sunglasses! I needed some motivation for taking down the Christmas decorations and decided to run to Dunkin. The line was out to the street... but it moved quickly! The manager here is great but when shes not there my food is always burnt or not right and same.with my coffee....its always hit... or miss. Like the coffee in this picture is SUPPOSED TO BE a french vanilla frozen coffee...but for some reason its chocolateflavored and 7 shades too dark.... And we have been going here EVERYDAY FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND WE ORDER THE SAME THINGEVERYDAY.... so idk why they always screw it up. Read more
