I ordered some food from this domino's the delivery guy got here it was on time my order was $25 I only had $40 in cash The... delivery guy told me I don't have any change just give me the $40 will call it even. Ordered pizza. Went to pickup and pizza maker also handled cash= very unsanitary. Place was disgustingly filthy. Pizza was... subpar and I just can't get the picture of unsanitary conditions out of my mind. Previously LOVED Domino's but can honestly saythis was our last order with them. Read more
Ordering Domino's Pizza online was a big headache and chaotic experience. They kept on sending us from one Domino's location to... another with no pizza available for us. Finally we reached the third place and they were very nice and considerate to take ourorder and make it right then and there. Otherwise that night a group of 15 people would be sleeping hungry. 7.09.2022 @10:40PM This was the 2nd Dominos I tried tonight with no success. I called here about 10:40PM bc the app wouldn't... proceed when I pressed complete the order on the last step. So I called the restaurant, and the phone rang for about 20 to 25mins with no answer. After 11PM someone finally picked up the phone, but started moving the phone around like they were tryingto make a fake static or bad reception noise and then they hung up. Read more
I had tried to place an order at the dominos closer to my house and they canceled the order when it was almost time for me to go... pick it up when i tried to call the store 3 times no answer. I ended up placing an order w this domino location instead andeverything was perfect from placing the order, drive up brought to my window, it didn?t take long, great customer service as theguy made a funny joke when bringing out the pizza and the pizza was 10x better than i?ve had in a long time from dominos bc inever come to this one !! such a difference but I would make the drive for the better pizza and service. I arrived when my pizza was due to be ready according to the pizza tracker. When I got there I could see my food boxed up and on... the counter..however there was a sign on the door saying be back in 10 mins. Roughly 18 minutes later an employee arrived andhad the worst attitude ever. My food was now cold and he could have cared less. What terrible customer service period. Pizza was burnt! It was awful! Worse pizza we received from dominos! Receipt said pepperoni-we ordered pepperoni and sausage-it... was delivered immediately, makes us think it was an old pizza, added sausage, reheated and sent it. Not good! Read more
