Horrible customer service. I asked for something simple and they said no. When I said I don?t want my coffee, the person at... register quickly said ?ok? with a smile. I?m a small business owner and I know what true customer service should be. Myexperience was absolutely horrible. Best to get your coffee elsewhere. Read more

Nothing is worse than waiting and hoping for a Cinnabon to eat while waiting for your flight, only to find out that they close... three hours before their posted time. They close at 6 pm not 9 pm Read more

Workers show no coirtesy at all, and the cinnabon bun we had was cold, dry and felt like very old. I am a fan and an old... customer of cinnabon chain. This branch at Myrtle beach airport is the worst. Read more

If you are allergic to eggs don't eat any burgers either. The servers admitted to being to lazy to clean it and cook everything... in an unsafe and cross contaminating way, which is illegal to do in the first place. So, so I would avoid this establishmentknowing that they don't even clean their grill. Read more

Absolutely disgusted! Cinnabon at Coastal Grand Mall... I wanted to purchase a box of 4 buns. Two boxes were on the counter as I... walked by, but I continued shopping. On my way back, the young lady was icing a tray of 6 buns, fresh out of the oven. I askedher if I could get 4 of those. She looked at me and said "I guess so." She continued to ice the remaining four as I stood therewaiting. Hmm. That's ok. I wasn't in a "rush." Lol She then finishes the icing, and proceeds to put the tray of 6 in thedisplay. She ask: "so you want 4 of these, pointing to the new tray. I said "yes please." She first, began to ring them up,stopped and said "you know, these will cost you more." I said, "excuse me? Why? She said,"because you are buying them"individually." EXCUSE ME? "But I want four in the box for $12.99!" She said, "I can't do that. You're buying themindividually." I asked... "Are you serious?" She said "Yes." So I asked, well how much is one of those boxes, with 4 buns insidethere on the counter? She said "$12.99. I asked, "Well, when were they made?" She said, "YESTERDAY!" I said, Well, I don't want"yesterday's," I want four of those that just came out of the oven. To which she replied, "I can't do that. I'm not amanager." REALLY? So, guess what? Cinnabon Corp just lost a $13 sale, because of this stupidity! The kicker was, IF I went aheadand "bought four of the fresh ones," she would have... PUT THEM IN A BOX so I could take them home!!! Ridiculous!!! THISstupidity on the companies part, and that of an employee who easily could have sold me the four fresh ones, is why I see all ofthese negative reviews here! Y'all are OFF my list! Caramel pecan cinnabon was good, both staff were friendly and explained some of the items on request. Would stop again, though... a little pricey. Located in airport. Read more

Customer Service from the cashier Caitlin Was absolutely Terrible. She didn?t even acknowledge my husband and I.
