Ordered through the chick-fil-a app and received meal with NO sauces and a medium fry box half full. Called the store and said... they could do nothing for us, after asking if there was REALLY nothing they could do they finally said they would give us aplain CFA sandwich free if we come though. This was almost a $30 order and we spend hundreds of dollars at this company, as anformer Chick-fil-A manager I am very disappointed in the consumer service and care. Read more
I've never had bad service, or food at any of their stores. No exceptions here. Cashiers and servers were genuinely courteous,... and the dining area attenders were just joyous about helping. I always feel blessed after a visit. Read more
The hospitality experienced here was unbelievable! I felt like I was eating at a 5-star restaurant. Staff continually checks in... and will go out of their way to get you something. Food is served hot and fast. Definitely a different Chick-fil-A experiencefor me! (I'm from Ohio where everyone is angry and rude lol) Read more

Horrible!!! If I could give them a negative star I would! I don't know who runs this Chick-fil-A but they are the worst I have... ever been too! This place is the complete opposite of what Chick-fil-A represents. So disorganized, can't get your ordercorrect, bring your hot food out while you're still waiting for the car in front of you to get theirs before you can leave. Whywould you do this?
