I should have gotten the lady's name. But, she was the blond working the counter and drive thru, and was EXTRAORDINARY the BEST.... She was thankful for our patience and happy to serve us. Our order was wrong and walked out to us knowing there was possibly amix up. She is a valued employee and to the service to your customers. Read more

Sat at the drive through speaker behind another car for 10 minutes. Car left and we waited. We left and the first car had pulled... aside to go inside. The doors were locked and this was 6:00pm. There are never customers at this Burger King. Somethingdefinitely wrong here Read more

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. This is by far the worst BK my husband and I have been to. We came down from NC... to have a 4 day vacation at Myrtle Beach. They completely got our order wrong. On top of that they couldn't count the nuggets.We ordered 20 piece nuggets and when we got to the window they told us that they don't do 20 piece nuggets after we had alreadygotten our food. We were missing an order of nuggets. On top of that, we waited like 20 minutes to get our order. Then after werequested another order of nuggets since they didn't give it to us, we waited 45 minutes for the rest of the order to come outand they couldn't even get the second order right. They should all get fired and hire RESPONSIBLE employees that know whatthey're doing. I will not be going there again. Read more

I'm here at the window again. She initially gave us the wrong food then I went back and she said they were out of biscuits and... asked if I wanted the money back I told her yes because I was so aggravated because she should have told us from the get-go thatit was no biscuits made but she did not she just gave us what she wanted us to have then when she went to do my refund sherefunded a whole another customer that was not mine and I still had to go back again meanwhile I'm not from here she stated thatshe gave me more than what I was supposed to get I explained to her no ma'am you did not as that's not my account number it'sgoing to go to somebody totally different then she reached in the drawer and gave me $10 it was 10.01 but I didn't say nothingabout it it is what it is but it was my money. #ghetto Read more

We ordered a few days ago, we sat at the speaker for 20 mins before they took our order. NO ONE was even there waiting for food.... Food was cold AF, ordered cheese on burger but there was none and was charged for it, none of the order was right, nuggets hadbeen sitting there for hours. It's all horrible food. When I called up there I was told "If I didn't like the food or servicenot to come back!" I'm taking it and will NEVER eat there again. I will make sure I tell everyone not to go there. Horriblefood!
