Staff was pleasant. Food was made properly even with several modifications. Only odd thing was my daughter couldn't get a... standard coca-cola... she could get cherry coke, vanilla coke, lime coke... but the normal coke option was greyed out. Read more
I cannot say enough good things about this location. Up until the last year, this location was terrible. And without going into... major detail, the employees and food were both awful. They hired a brand new group of dedicated employees and the difference isnight and day. I eat here on my lunch break about once a week, sometimes more, and not only is the food HOT and super freshevery time, the employees are so personable and courteous and QUICK! It?s been so long since I?ve experienced actually fast?fast food? and this location should be commended for their stellar staff and service. Keep up the great work! Read more
I do want to start by saying food was good and the place was clean. Staff at first was okay. Then later service was Horrible. I... understand we are in a moment in time were all places are in need of people, but that?s not a reason why anyone should getscreamed at. Be nice and kind. If you need to hire more people then do it. No need for the drama. Next time please make peopleaware why the dining room is being closed. Read more
Bottom bun of my burger was completely black. I'm okay with y'all not warming the buns if that means it won't taste like... charcoals. Also was not given receipt. And could barely hear speaker at drivethru. Don't count on high standards at thislocation. Read more
Let me start off by saying this was hands down the worst experience at any fast food joint. Highly disappointed. Recieved cold... fries and a sloppy made hamburger which I could've made better at home. My advice is to not stop here at this location. One starrating. Read more
It's fine to eat at when the lobby is actually open. They seem to have a lot of issues with their roof seeming as their lobby is... closed at least one day almost weekly because of leaks. Kinda disappointing since I am unable to drive. Hopefully it gets fixedsoon! Read more
