I went to this location and the drive thru was busy, so I decided to go inside. I waited at the counter for over 10 min. Not one... employee there even acknowledged me with even a hello. I wanted to get breakfast but decided that I was better off withouteating at this restaurant. Read more

I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes with nobody coming over the mic to say anything. I then pulled up to the window and... nobody would open the window. Nobody was wearing their headset. I watched four cars pull out of the drive-through in front of meand it was there even that busy Every single time I have ever came to this location it has been a service problem. Do better. Stood in line for 30 mins at the lake arrowhead BK. I counted the employees. Seen three. May be there was one in the back... somewhere. Place was very busy. They need to pay people more money so they can hire and keep people. Horrible.experience. Ihad not been in there for three years. Want go back for another three years. Read more

They were rude and very slow. Workers were NOT wearing gloves, a child was sitting on the counter while food was being prepared... and a worker was eat french fries out of people's bags while wait for their food. I will never return to this location! Read more

After waiting for 45 mins in the drive through with 2 cars ahead of me, we finally made it to the order microphone. They told us... to wait a couple minutes through the microphone in an almost sarcastic tone. After another 20 mins of waiting with no service wetried to pull around to the window, but they still hadn?t even helped the car in front of us. We waited another 10 mins just tosee if we could ask the window if the microphone went out, but after waiting almost 1.5hours just for a whopper, we decided toleave. This is not an exaggeration. As we drove off, no one was in line inside. It shouldn?t take almost 1.5 hours for 3 ordersof food. Save your time and choose any other restaurant besides this one. Read more

It was near closing, went thru drive thru. I ordered a fish sandwich with pickles and mustard only, so glad I checked my order... before leaving, they had tartar sauce and lettuce on my order, no mustard. So I had to wait until they got it right. They didtry to make good on giving me some cold French fries and chicken sticks, which I don't eat chicken. Moral of the story, alwayscheck your order before leaving the establishment. Read more

The food is never right. The wait times are outrageous. There?s more people in there walking around and talking than there is... working which in turn makes the ones working, distracted. Out of the 13 people I counted, only ONE of those employees knew whatwas going on. And the man doesn?t hardly speak english. There?s a young short guy who has always worked there that seems to bemore interested in talking to people than actually working. the young girl in the front would rather give her manager attitudethan ask me what my name for my order was. the line cooks were more interested in standing there staring at me and the othercustomers rather than actually working. and to top it all off, the older white lady who must be a manager is more interested inwalking around trying to force her employees to wear masks than she is doing her actual job. Its just disappointing to wait 30minutes for a small, simple meal, just because people don?t want to do their jobs. Whoever owns or is in charge of this BKreally should be disappointed in themselves. WRONG ITEM AND WHAT IS THAT? ???? I used my fuel points, and after getting gas at Kroger, I went to the BK drive-thru next door.... I ordered the Italian original chicken sandwich. They gave me a nasty chicken Jr. I would not eat that!! See pic. The wrongitem: it is not what I ordered, and how long was that sitting, that it is split in the center and looks disgusting? Andsuddenly the small drink was super small in size. Not sure what that was all about, but they gave me a different cup, after Isaid that it was not the normal size I used to get. I believe they gave me the value drink, which sells for less than the $1.99I paid. Hmm. The regular manager was not there. I drove home before checking my sandwich. Wow. Very disappointing. I might alsosuggest that you get your mayo on the side, when you order a Whopper. I do not eat fast food all the time, but occasionally Ineed a change. Burger King staff used to at least try. ????Helpful hint: their landline conveniently does not work,???? socheck your food before you leave the parking lot! Unless, of course, you wish to call corporate. This time, they completelydropped the ball! Read more
