Terrible experience. We came on vacation and on the first day we were deceived. Ordered 12 chicken legs and 12 chicken thighs.... This restaurant is poorly run. After sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes I was able to order a 3 piece chicken dinner and she... immediately interrupted me and said we don't have any chicken. 8pm. Went ballistic when I said this was unacceptable at achicken restaurants. Read more

The claim is that they were short staffed, like everyone is, But they didn't mind leaving a line of about 10 people in the... dining room waiting on the one person who was supposed to be taking dining room orders. Mind you there were 4 to 6 otheremployees that stood around for a few minutes doing....... just I guess what they were supposed to do and left nice size group standing there and it really didn't seem to matter at all. My party of two walked out and I believe the party of three or fourbehind us walked out as well. Businesses need to understand that I'm not going to beg you to take my money. Instead, we wentdown to Bill's pizza and enjoyed splitting a pizza that probably cost us more than what we would have spent at Bojangles, butthey were willing to take our money. Read more
