Excellent service, happy girls working there. They talked to us like they had known us their entire life. Helped making the best... decision on ice cream and yes you know it we got donuts ???? as well. Great food, great service, clean store, happy people. Awful service, workers act like they don't like their job! I drive 30 plus minutes to get a cappuccino blast and eighter machine... is not working or they don't have the ice cream or mix. No effort what so ever. Also i asked for chocolate swirl for my frozenmocha and i couldn't even drink it because it had so much chocolate . Never again Read more
What is a coffee with Splenda and cream and only got cream. Wanted 50 Munchkins 30 jelly mix the rest only got about 10 jelly... and mostly blueberry. Not the worst experience I've ever had but when everyone was expecting one thing and got something else. Read more
Terrible terrible service. I walked in and there were what I thought were three customers at the counter. After standing there... for quite some time I realized they were friends of the girl working being the counter. They spent time talking, taking picturesand texting. After a very long long time the girl finally asked if I wanted some help. I gave her my order and she said theywere out of it. Then, she giggled at her friends. For the past 3 times we went there (drive thru) we ordered 3 different icecream flavors. Girl said they were out of all of... them. She tells me to pick another, I do, they dont have that either. I tell her to tell me what they do have and with anattitude she lists off like 8 flavors (mostly fruit based flavors). Drove away and wont be back. Never have these problems atbrusters or friendlys. Went in today and they were out of chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, mint chocolate chip...I could go on. Last time we went they... had only 8 flavors. 31 flavors? Hardly! The turn over there is like no place we've ever seen. Clearly it is being poorlymanaged. Read more
They often mess up orders, running around confused. No leadership, literally 2 times we had an issue there was no manager. We... put an order in for 2 custom cakes to go along with our theme. The girls helped us with all the details and assured us we canpick it up before the party. We show up and they waste 20 mins of our time searching for an order they never put in. All theycould offer us is a sorry. You should be honored when someone chooses you to help make a special day not ruin it and have noempathy. So my 6 year old boy and 4 year old girl were very understanding and gracefully accepted cupcakes from food lion. Read more
