Anytime I?ve been here they can?t be bothered to make anything other than pretzel bites. The last six times I?ve went there no... mini pretzel dogs, no regular pretzels, just pretzel bites Read more

Place was average. I worked here back in 2018; good place for teens looking for their first job (like I was). But I agree with... the other reviews: The pretzels are hard/stale; the staff wasn't too great (sorry Dwayne (manager); you and I just didn't vibe.No hard feelings). Just felt like more training was needed; I didn't think the training was good enough. Manager had me sit andwatch videos on what to do, then had me start. Sorry man; this is a hands-on job; I need hands-on training. Also, manager wouldtell me to do something as if I knew how to do it. Wouldn't show me; just told me what to do and to do it. I didn't know how todo it; this was my first job. Maybe he didn't know that. If not, then fair enough. But if he did, that's not acceptablemanagement. I guess the owner could've been more involved; honestly not sure. And about the prices being too high? YES.Completey agree. They didn't give me any valuable info to help sell the pretzels. One time they had me sample pretzels during adownpour. WHILE EVERYONE WAS LEAVING ????. It felt like they didn't know or understand their target audience well enough. Placecould be better. Good for employee, bad for customer. Go to the mall for Auntie Anne's. Read more

Horrible experience. Cashier ( who was black) was extremely rude, very racist acting. Manager / owner pulled cashier and told... her to take a break, then began making excuses for her attitude. Wanted me to try and understand that anyone that works inMyrtle Beach are being over worked. Really? We work too jerk. Will NEVER be back! A bunch of a**holes. Read more

If only negative stars were an option on Google! One of the worst places period. Service was rude, food was sub par, especially... for the price. It was WAY too expensive. And you lose another star for NO FREE REFILLS on your extremely overpriced soda. Takemy word for it, just go to one of the many restaurants in the same area and get some real food. You'll be paying about the sameprice anyway and be getting a LOT more for your money. Read more

If I could give half a star, I would. I LOVE Aunt Annie's, seek them out wherever I go. This one at Broadway was a REAL... disappointment. I walk in and didn't get guys name ( blonde hair kid..looked 12). Anyway, wanted a cup of regular nuggetpretzels ( only 2 on display). He just walked away from a fresh out of oven batch. So I asked if I could have a cup of those( 2in display didn't look appealing). He said no those were for another location....really. He said there's 2 here, sure but I'dlike the fresh ones. Again, those are for another location. I said okay, YOU just lost a sale and walked out. On way homestopped at Mall location(Auntie fix) He could have dumped one of those 2 that he wanted me to buy in with the FRESH ones andsatisfied the customer. I work in food service and would have done exactly that. Of course, I will go to Aunt Annie's againjust NEVER AGAIN at Broadway. Also, since when does one location make them for another(asking for a friend)???????? Read more

I am very disappointed in this establishment. First of all the young lady taking my order was very rude & impatient. When making... my order she rolled her eyes at me twice. I also felt like I was overcharged. When I got home, I reviewed my receipt with theAuntie Anne?s company website. I noticed that I was indeed overcharged. My total should have been around $7, but she charged meover $11 for pretzel nuggets, cheese sauce & a drink. My husband & I both work 2 jobs to provide for our family. We were excitedto bring our children to Broadway at the Beach on our vacation because we feel like they are often bounced around way too muchwhile we provide for them. The purchase from Auntie Anne?s was a snack to hold them over until our dinner reservation. To betaken advantage of feels like a kick in the stomach & it is very disheartening. Read more

First of all for 4 pretzels and 4 drinks it cost $45. I was told by the owner that he keeps the prices low and competitive... ???????????? After I filled out the survey online I received a text from Dustin (owner) that said: ?Should spend more timeenjoying your vacation than complaining about our prices. Nobody made you buy them and the prices are posted. Thanks for yourconcern for my business. ? Wow! Now that is great customer service!!! The main issue was not just the price, but that when webite into the pretzels it was stale and at the middle of out cups there was burnt spots and brown oily residue on the bites.????????????
