Go to another location? YES. The only reason it gets 2stars is the taste. This location always has continuously rude staff. The... last visit was my last and worst. The young man at the register didn't explain how my online coupon worked he just kept coveringthe scanner and being rude saying "Not yet!" When I got the order that was in the warmer it was burnt and tasted mainly likesalt. The people in front of me had to come back because he hadn't even rung up part of their order and he told them they hadn'tordered it. The young lady was upset telling him I wouldn't have bought it if I hadn't bought cheese. I will also say the pricefor a little container of cheese is robbery $1.50 each. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! I stopped by after my shift in the mall and there was a Jamaican women behind the counter. Who was so rude and nasty, I thought... I said something wrong to her when I asked for cinnamon nuggets. She asked me repeatedly nuggets or pretzels after I stated whatI wanted. And got more of an attitude with me as she kept repeating herself. I was going to order more food but by the time Igot to the cash register I was turned off by my experience. I didn?t even want the food at that point, I felt like she wouldhave thrown the nuggets at me and I didn?t even do anything wrong. She is there worse employee they have!! Read more

My daughter loves their pretzels and it's a must she has them everything we're at the mall or in the area. I haven't had any bad... experience from them. There is one dislike of mines, which is either having the direct change or using your card. Read more

Well I think their current rating speaks for itself...Went to get the kids a snack and was told that they don't give change back... and to use exact change or they would keep it or I could use a card. I reluctantly used my card but asked several times if thiswas a corporate policy or franchise policy and got no answer and the person at the register refused to answer and pointed at thesign. She called the next person and refused to talk to me. I couldn't even ask for a refund. I called the manager and was hungup on. Called corporate and found out that this is a franchise rule and logged complaints about the customer service. I wascontacted by the franchises HR department and they asked for my receipt and it's been over a week and I haven't heard a wordfrom them. I would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this establishment. When other businesses run out of change, which isonly happened to me one other time in my entire life they round down and don't steal your money. I feel like this franchisesusing this old narrative of coin shortage to be extra profitable, which is morally wrong and would add up to a very large sum ofmoney over a year. Read more
