The service from the bar was killer, the GM was on his game with suggestions. The staff clearly enjoyed working here, happy... people create a great environment. The pork chops will be a tough dish to not repeat order next time. Cooked perfect medium,picked up the bone to get it all! The lamb lollipops we're good but the beef carpaccio took the cake! Great experience. Excellent from start to finish, from the fresh bread and butter with assorted salts, to the ahi appetizer and... entrees. Scallops cooked perfectly (and I’m honestly not really a scallop gal) risotto was divine. Delicious chocolate mosaiccake as well. Blake was a friendly and attentive server. A lovely experience. The drinks were solid and relied on skill vs. gimmicks. The atmosphere was very welcoming, refined but not... pretentious. Everyone loved their dish, appetizer to dessert. I ordered what was essentially the deluxe surf n' turn and it wasfantastic. The steak was right on temperature and the lobster was cooked to perfection. My husband and I went here on a date. Aspen is just…. Unbelievably amazing. Our waitress Precious was the best! She made sure... that everything was perfect and is such a professional and wonderful waitress. She was so attentive to detail, somethingeveryone looks for at a restaurant! Excellent service, probably the best I’ve had in my entire life. Food was exceptional, Iam one that has a poor appetite usually, but here I ate the bread, an amazing beet and goat cheese salad, the salmon as theentree (the best salmon I’ve EVER had hands down!!) We had to leave in a rush due to a show, but we will definitely come hereevery single time we are in Myrtle Beach. This place is a hidden gem, I would highly recommend it. Can’t wait to be back!!! My husband took me here for my birthday and it was wonderful. The food was excellent and we had a fabulous server named... Precious. She brought us some delicious flavored salts to accompany our butter and bread. I had the escargot and short ribs.Just perfectly prepared. They also had a talented vocalist named Anthony singing some of my favorite songs including "Sway WithMe". My birthday falls on Japanese girls day on March 3rd and the restaurant gave me a lovely birthday card. Read more
We had an amazing meal at Aspen Grille. Kevin, our host, was delightful. We had raw oysters and the crab cake for appetizers.... Both were wonderful. Cocktails were well crafted and had quality ingredients. We ordered the roasted chicken and the short ribsfor entrees. Everything was completely superb! Had an amazing dinner. Started off with Crab Cake and Beef Carpaccio. Both were delicious although carpaccio was a little sweet... with the balsamic reduction. Next we had the French Onion soup. It was truly amazing. Main courses we had the Lamb chops andBraised beef short rib. These entrées were great. Side we had mushroom risotto. Very rich but worth the calories. For dessertwe had the house made bread pudding with blueberry compote. It was a great way to end the meal. Food was amazing but the servicewas even better. Our server Kyle did an outstanding job and his attention to detail was definitely noticed. We will be backagain and highly reccomend this place. Read more
