The food is always good. I don't go often because they started serving pork. But I still go and get some good food.
Horrible! This is twice now! My nuggets and poppers were so hard I couldn't even eat them. Tasted like they had been sitting... under the heat lamp for hours. Next time I guess I'll have to go inside to make sure it's fresh. So dissatisfied anddisappointed. The only good thing was the soda. Read more

My family and I were starving and we checked on our phones for what was open near us. This Arby's location came up as not... closing until 10:00. We pulled up to the drive thru menu at 8:55 and all the lights were on. All of a sudden we just hear "we'reclosed". We asked for for them to repeat what they said and they replied we're closed and starting laughing. We explained thatit said online that they were open until 10 and that it was 8:55. The woman working laughed and said nope we're closed. I dounderstand that the internet can be wrong and maybe the close time was 9:00 but we still should have been served and I'm surethat the owner of the franchise would want customers served til 9:00 as well. We weren't paying close attention but we figuredout after we started to pull away that they turned down the car in front of us as well. Look I'm not the type to want topatronize a restaurant 5 minutes before they close if they really close at 9:00 but to be laughed at and not served before 9:00is not right and I left this review for whom ever is in charge or has ownership to know how their business is being run. Arby's at Surfside is a joke. I ordered LARGE fries and they didn't even fill it to the top! And they still charged me full... price for these which is $3.99! This is barely a MEDIUM! This is completely unacceptable. Read more
I haven't been to an Arby's in many years, not sure the last time I went to a fast food restaurant. We all went to have a... delicious roast beef sandwich. Went to the drive-thru ordered and found a hair in my sandwich. I understand this happens. Went inside with the intentions of... having them remake it but the person making the food did not have head covering on. I decided to get a refund. Employees werevery friendly but I just feel like if you're cooking and handling food you should have a hairnet or a hat on. Read more
