Went to Sonic today, was so irritated at them, I placed my order, you could hardly hear them on the speaker & they talk so fast,... I didn?t know what they were saying. I knew my order would not be correct, it wasn?t, they missed an entire meal, I had toreorder that one while my burgers were getting cold. This isn?t the first time, but the first I have posted. I've tried this location once every 18 months when I don't want to drive to OKC for sonic. Why you ask every 18 months because I... am always as disappointed as I was the previous year and a half ago. Ordered a soft pretzel and a Reese's blast...the pretzelhad no butter and no salt on it, so just a piece of fried bread. And the sonic blast only had Reese's peanut butter cups on thetop for decoration the rest was plain vanilla ice cream. I go to this location and normally everything is great. However, this time, I decided to try the grilled cheeseburger--which was... definitely a mistake. It came with an obscene amount of mustard. Mustard is good in small amounts. The customer can always addmore later but it's hard to take it off. I know it's hard right now because every restaurant is short-staffed, but come on. Read more
The best thing on the menu is there unsweet tea. I've never had a bad glass of tea here. That being said, the Chicken strip... dinner was such a disappointment. I remember the strips being a decent size but that is no longer the case. The gravy was wateryand cold. Read more
I been there several times and they never get my order right. I specifically ask for a footlong cheese coney with mustard with a... side of shredded cheese. They put the extra on the coney. I ask the the carhop to bring me a side of cheese and the containershe bought out was not even enough cheese to cover my footlong coney. I then ask for the manager and she proceeded to argue thefact that they had already put extra on the coney when I specifically asked for a side. They didn't comprehend the concept ofextra on the side. Service would be better if they could listen and execute the order properly every time. I give up on thislocation. ???? Read more
