Wow...I have to say those young ladies knew how to treat a customer and I am completely satisfied with the cleanliness and... quality of service. The Chicago native and her coworker made a great 2 person team to make my sandwich ti perfect and get meback on the highway. Door dash lunch today. Eating my sandwich when I noticed a hair that was in the tuna. I have tried calling the subway multiple... times since finding hair, to inform not to serve the tuna due to hair is in it, the line continues to be busy for over an hournow. If you go to Subway on 32nd-ask if the tuna is fresh. Read more
Last night their employee tried to feed me undercooked meat and when I went back she immediately started arguing with me and... then started to call someone on her personal cell phone, so I left with dangerous to eat food and even missing an item becausesubway not only allows their employees to have a guest over for at least a half our, but they let their employees threatencustomers cause they're tired or whatever. They won't give you a phone number for a manager nor will any publicly posted phonenumber for this franchise work. Therefore. If you eat here it is likely the meat hasn't been cooked properly items will bemissing and if you dare complain you will be threatened and there isn't anyone you can call to complain to. We have gotten an order from here two days in a row. Both days have been large orders and the ladies here are absolutely... amazing.
