I asked for a burger, no dried thin bud thin patty and a giant dollop of mayo! It was nasty and always an awful experience.... Prices are not worth it. Service is good though! Read more
It took 21 minutes to get my food after I ordered it. And it was cold. No reason for that bad of service. Just in case they... claim it was busy, there was only 3 people there and all waited an extremely long time. Read more

I will say, I don't go to McDonald's for anything but breakfast, and this breakfast crew is usually pretty good! I don't like... the lunch at this location the last few times I had anything but breakfast here it was disappointing. Read more
Mcdonald's it's good anymore. I'm not sure what they have done Unsure if they have changed vendors where they get their products... from or if it is the constant turn over in employees that has watered down their brand. Enough said here. I have a good buddythat is a general manager for them. He told me that they don't keep up with comment's on google They have their own complain orcomment site. It is at the top of your receipt. It's in the form of a survey and it has a section for complaints or comment's.They go straight to the corporate office. Or he said to call the 1-800 number on the large cups because it goes to mcdonald'scorporate office. He stated not to call the numbers on the drive thur windows or front door's because those normally go to theirmain off. Read more
To be down right honest, the service isn't always the greatest. We order no ketchup on our burgers and no lettuce on the... mcchickens - out of 10 visits, 6 of those times, there was not only ketchup, but it seems like they went out of their way to putextra "just because" lol and there's lettuce on the chicken ????????! The receipt was correct, and the wrappers also had thespecial tickets attached.... this time I took pics. It's McDonald's, so I'm not expecting Chick-Fil-A level service, but itwould be nice to get what you order and pay for. Going after midnight will almost guarantee your order will be wrong, it willcome out slow and/or it will leave you with the feeling like there's a side of spit on your Big Mac, when you're handed thebag.... You may get a smile or you may not... but that lingering feeling that there's human DNA in your burger, that's all butguaranteed. Read more
I used the drivethru service which was like talking to a sweet 3 year old. The young man working the speaker had no idea what... he was doing. I was trying to use the number off my app to pickup the food i had already paid for and he kept saying its notpulling anything up. Long story short it took me 30 mins to pay for my order twice and end up with only half of what i orderedin the first place. Read more
