For a little Little space for customers to order the the food was great process for good workers were very courteous.
I needed to speak to someone before they left store after calling many times and no one answering. I called 800 number the lady... was so rude and not helpful at all.luckily the young man delivering answered and helped me. I didn?t notice till he?d left Iordered Sweet Tea and got lemonade my chicken was to dry and not fresh my okra was soggy I then called store again and yetanother rude girl who answered literally hung up on me after I told her why I called. I won?t waste $30.00 with them anymore!!!There?s plenty of places who will appreciate it especially with so many problems during Covid and all the ones who are trying tostay open!! Order 2 piece legs and thigh with a biscuit. Biscuit was about the only thing worth eating. All 3 pieces of chicken was over... cooked around the edges when skin was removed. Looked like they put cold chicken back in grease to reheat it Feed chicken to aspray dog. Wish I could post the photo here. I will on facebook. Read more
The fat Hispanic lady that works here was rude as all gets out tonight. I don?t understand how some folks get and keep a job... with the type of attitude as she had. Smh. Once a favorite in spite of the appearance. When I come straight from the airport pick up lunch, only to get home to find its... not what I ordered and paid for...its disheartening. I take it back tell the young lady that fixed my order it was incorrect shestarts cussing and fussing about the lunch rush and being busy. She replaces the chicken yet pushes rhe old fries to me withattitude. I asked for fresh fries she said they were. I explained not if I left went home and came back they were not. Shecussed again and I came out of myself and cussed back the manager finally says something and guess who its to.... me.???? I knowshocking. He tells me to get out yet said nothing to his employee whom he witnessed cuss a customer in front of other customers.Let corporate know I was told I'll receive a call back that didn't happen. So I know how to take my money elsewhere. Even thoughthis is the closest chicken spot to my house. But I will drive 30 miles before I give them another dime of mine. Read more
