West side Charlies chicken Muskogee. We go in there order and pay for our meal and wait 5 minutes before they tell us we will... have a 15 minute wait on our chicken. We get our money back and left. They never say they are sorry about the inconvenience!Still not better today! I order 1 diet doctor pepper with no ice and get 2 with ice. I ask for 1 without ice and they tell me itwill be a few minutes cause they have to change out the pop cylinder! I thought well if you made it right the first time youwould not be out! This rating has nothing to do with the quality or the price of the food. Last two times tried to order gizzards and was told... there would be a 15 minute wait. I appreciate the fact that they would have been fresh, but I had already waited in line at 10to 15 minutes. Read more
Deliciously tasty food freshly made to go with a home cooked feeling! There's something about fried chicken that warms the soul... and these folks get it right. Stopped in while on a road trip, food portions where really good. Potato salad was just like mom makes and the chicken chunks... were a good size. My husband order the 5 piece chicken chunks and they accidentally sent out three he went back up and showedthem he was missing 2, and they apologized and fixed the order. While we were eating someone came to check on us and asked howthe food was or if we needed anything and the inside was decorated really cute! Read more
