My boyfriend was having a very bad mental health day (he found out I was cheating) and I tired calling there store because he... works their ad an opener and ALLI THE MANAGER disregard my concern for my partner when I know he was previously hurting himselfthe night before, she acted like she knew everything that was ever going on and told me "he's fine, leave him alone" and thenhung up on me (after shaming me for cutting also) so I had to make a police call for them to do a well fair check and then andonly then was I assured that my boyfriend was safe, at first he refused to admitted to hurting himself and having suicidalthoughts but he finally gave in and when to the ER willingly, who knows if I would have just listen to that manager alli hecould have decided to crash his car after work. He's now getting the help he needs, no thanks to the McDonald's team!!! Theyreally don't care about peoples well being, they only care about getting paid. Read more

I drive by here on my way home from work. I have tried stopping twice in the past 6 months, both times at 10:35. Each time they... said, "sorry we are closed". The door says that they are open until 11. Read more

Right away the person at the drive through was incredibly rude, interrupting before we were finished ordering a meal with ?is... that all.? We pull up to the next window and the manager is back there yelling and dropping f-bombs every other word. Loudenough for my two year old in the back seat to hear him and tell me ?that naughty.? We checked our receipt to make sureeverything on there was correct. We should have pulled over and checked the bag. A chicken sandwich that was supposed to beplain, just chicken and bun, came with multiple pickles on it, this person can NOT eat pickles. A spicy deluxe chicken sandwichcame with three pickles on it and a small amount of spicy sauce. We asked for multiple sweet and sour sauces, one one meal withranch. We received 6 ranch cups. Fries were cold. Not that we expect Disney world service at a McDonald?s, but decent respectand competence should be the bare minimum. Read more
Delmonte went above and beyond to make sure my order was 100% perfect. I've had many issues with it being messed up, and he... always makes sure that it's correct. He's a great manager with amazing leadership skills. I can not wait to see where thislocation goes now that he's taken over. Read more
My wife just got home from this drive thru. Fries ???? were cold, and we ordered 6 chicken sandwiches... 2 of them didn't even... have chicken on them. She didn't want to go out again to have a new order made. This is not the first time we have receivedmessed up food from them! I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy! Terrible!
