Worst ran restaurant in Muskegon. Always EXTREMELY slow with food. Ordered online and still had to wait 30 minutes for 3 pot... pies. Girl at the counter was courteous. Not her fault. But management needs to be retrained and or replaced. Ridiculous. Read more
Last 3 times I been there I hit the wrong order. I called and they said to come in my next time I come in and I could get the... correct order no charge. I haven't had KFC for Soo long!! Their prices are much higher that the last time I visited. I was excited to get my food fast... and the service was okay. My order was correct too. The biscuits were good and fresh. What a disappointment that potato wedgesaren't an option anymore....they were the best! I got tenders meal. The potatoes were like I remembered and they put my gravy onthe side. For my other 2 sides I got two Mac n cheese. It was always so good, but not now!!! Both Mac n cheese sides werecompletely cold and the cheese sauce was very watery. The noodles were completely overcooked and totally inedible. The tenderswere ok but several had gross areas that should have been trimmed off. For almost $40 for a 12 piece bucket meal, I expectedmuch better quality. I will not be going back. Read more

Wish I could give it no stars. Not only did they make us move around to the front to wait even longer. Then the driveway was... blocked to get out by the crowd rushing to Kfc for dinner. Just left here..they didn't put half the order in my bag but still charged me for it. And didn't give me a receipt so I can... prove it or ask for a refund. What a joke Read more
