Good hot dogs decent chili cheese fries. It?s a little obnoxious to first see a posting on the door when entering and complaints... about not finding proper help. That?s getting pretty old these days and everybody is experiencing it - so do some thing about itinstead of dragging your customers into your issue. I?m giving three stars as there?s not many good hotdog places around thearea besides one awesome one in Grand Haven. Read more
I moved away from Muskegon many years ago, when I come back to visit, this is one place I always need to come to. The service... was good and the dogs are always good. I worked at Sears in the old mall, that is not there anymore, I would grab lunch at theoriginal G&L, good memories and good dogs. Read more
Prices way up food quality lowered. Look into a new cook cause that tall one is horrible. Getting orders wrong instead of... preparing a new item just takes off and replaces it. He should be fired. Read more
Terrible customer service. I ordered the corn dog combo and the waitress brought out a chicago dog combo and said she'd have my... order remade. I was fine with that but when I asked if I could have my onion rings remade so that I wouldn't have to eat freshcorn dogs with cold onion rings the cook looked from the kitchen and made a dirty facial expression and was talking about mewith the other employees, Not one time did the manager intervene or offer to remake my food or apologize. Not to mention theyalso have a small child working in the back whom clearly shouldn't be back there. Read more
