The worst experience I've ever had at Burguer King. I arrived at the loudspeaker and a person attended to me telling me to wait... a moment. I waited about 10 minutes in front of the loudspeaker to be attended, with more than 4 cars lining up behind me. Ijust wanted an ice cream cone. They never answered me again to place the order. I decided to move forward in line and orderthe ice cream directly at the window. The person did not want to serve me and threatened to call the police if i did"nt leave. Previously, I ordered an online order through the app and a cheeseburger was delivered without cheese... I understand that it isa very poorly paid staff and with little desire to provide a good service. It's a shame that Burger King continues to supportthis staff. Ordered online, paid extra for cheese. Got there, waited in line. Got to the window, asked what I want instead of the icee I... ordered. I ordered a new drink, unsure if there's a price difference either way, didn't even know why I couldn't get an iceebecause he never explained further. Left, check my food, no cheese on my burger. Wait in line, AGAIN. Get to the window and amasked by the manager to open my burger for him to see???? Like I'm a cheese thief????I show him my cheese less burger, he handsme my cheese and closes the window. Very rude, makes accusations. Nice he's confident in his crew, but don't act like customerswanna wait in that long, slow line, TWICE, to STEAL cheese???????????????? Went through drive through at around 11:45. 2 customers behind me. Bought the original chicken sandwich meal with onion rings.... Sandwich was made great and it was hot. But for for almost $9 you would think I would get more than 4 onion rings. They did adda fry, I guess that was suppose to make up for it. I work 2 blocks from here and would eat here more but here is yet anotherreason why I don't. Thanks for a great sandwich, though. Read more
Horrible customer service. So I went to this location because it was close to me, normally I don't go here. I took my 2 young... sons there for some breakfast. We get to the drive thru, the person taking the order come on ask for my order. I tell her 2pancake and sausage platters.. before I could finish she interrupt an say; the bacon in oven (weird right)?!?. I'm like well Idon't want bacon its sausage. Then she proceed to say okay just the pancakes. I'm like no the pancake sausage platter. Thentell me I don't have to be rude! ???? I'm like I'm just telling you my order. She say okay anything else; yeah hashbrown, andfanta slushie. Pull to the window the manager have a attitude. I tell her the other cashier was rude. She went an snatched theheadset off her head. Then she cashed me out gave me my change without a receipt. We get the food.. no sausage ???? I askedwhere the sausage? she looked at me and said you didn't pay for sauge I just can't give it for free???? considering I waspaying for it the first time I just said forget it. Then I pull up go to go in to get my receipt. The manager told me she can'tgive me a receipt until her screen clear all the orders, A LIE! After waiting a few minutes. She gave me my receipt placing inon the counter. I grab it proceed to leave then she yelled I'll call the police and don't come back. Trust me I won't beback!!! I can?t tell you how many times my food is cold. Stop at 8:30 pm tonite. Ordered 2 cheeseburger, ff, root beer. Root beer out... and at 8pm they shut down milk shake machine. I ordered coke, when I got home 3 blocks away, burgers, ff were all cold. Thishappens a lot. When I get out of work and I?m hungry , this things that aggravate me is cold food????Service is fine but thefood is not acceptable. Read more
If I could give zero I would. Took a few minutes to order because no one came on the intercom right away but that's no big deal,... but then we sat at the window for 9 minutes with no one coming to take our money hand us our drinks nothing and the employee wasstanding at the counter talking to and messing around with her friend she could see us plain as day but gave noacknowledgement.... mind you there was absolutely zero other cars in the drive through and no one inside but the friend... aftersitting there for nearly 10 minutes we just drove away. This Burger King is the best location in Muskegon. A great time to go is lunch time because the food is the freshest then. Also... there is an employee by the name of Sammy that makes the best sandwiches there. I have been coming here for close to 30 yearsand he has been working there. So experience like that goes a long way. Read more
Service is very slow. Do not stop here if you are in any kind of a hurry. It is very consistent over the last 3 years. I... stop frequently since it is so close to work. My order is usually correct but the sandwiches are slapped together and messy. Read more
