Best Subway in the area. The gentleman that is working every time I come is AWESOME! Very nice guy, seems to know a lot of the... customers that come in too. Subs are always delicious and ingredients are never skimped on. Read more

Ordered online. They said it would be done in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later when we went to pick up our order, they hadn't even... started it. The employee then complained that we didn't give them enough time. Subway gave us the time that it would be ready. The employee also complained and said he was quitting in a month and we should wait to do that to someone after he leaves. Wehad 5 subs. Took and hour to make them. Read more

It?s all about the cookie. For those of you in sales or customer service, you may have seen the video by Bob Farrell (Farrell?s... Ice Cream Parlors) ?Give ?Em the Pickle?. It?s an older video but still applies today. The two second version is that if acustomer wants a pickle with his burger, don?t charge him for it and risk loosing the customer. Just give him thepickle! Well, our experience at this Subway was just that, except the pickle was a cookie. We were at Walmart with our fouryear old grandson. It had been a long day of running around and wanted to get something to eat quickly. We decided to eat atthe Subway inside this Walmart simply because it was there. There was a young lady that took care of us at the counter, she wasa bit uncertain of her job and appeared to be new, which is fine. My wife and I are very understanding about this type ofthing. We ordered a children?s meal for our grandson which consisted of a mini-sub, milk, apple slices and a toy. Afterplacing all of our orders, we noticed that our grandson was missing his apple slices. We asked the young lady about it. Shechecked the cooler and found none so she asked a man that was working the food line with her about where they might be. (Wefound out later that this man was a relative of the owner) The man snapped at the girl and told her to check a cooler below thecounter. She evidently opened the wrong cooler and he again snapped at her telling her to check another. When she found noapple slices he told her to check the big cooler in the back. All of this to say she found no apples, but the mans attitude wasimportant here. My wife asked the girl if we could substitute a cookie for the apples. The girl took a cookie out of the rackfor us at which time the man working with her told her to charge us for the cookie. My wife told the girl that if we were goingto be charged for the cookie that we didn?t want it. The girl said that there was nothing she could do about it. Read more
