Found little white hairs all in my spicy chicken sandwich. Called the store 3 times, now answer. Called and reported to their... customer service number. Good is pretty good. Like any place that has been around for years, the food has gone downhill. Mashed potatoes and gravy used... to be my thing, now it's like they are dry even with gravy. I still eat here though and I encourage anyone to eat there also,it's not bad food is just not like it used to be. Staff is pretty friendly as well. I'm not sure if they still do the buffetor not. I've always loved KFC, but here lately the meal at KFC is amazingly delicious...I ordered 2 chicken legs a biscuit, my husband... ordered their Famous Bowl. The man who took our order was a hoot...tries to come across as a crochety older man, but he hadone hell of a personality and we have now gone there every Friday for our lunch date. Worst ever, not to mention the food. First the manager rudely tells me that per policy she can't allow me to take a pic of the... menu or anything in the store. I guess after me telling her that Alabama law says I can take a pic of anything in a public placeshe had another employee to sabotage my food (see pic) by crushing my chicken fingers into a box full of grease. The plastic lidto the potatoes was crused and peices in the potatoes and the bottom crused. Didn't give me my drinks and got home with nosauce for fingers. The chicken in the box meals was cold and greasy. Looks like $41 could buy a better experience than Irecived. I won't be back and if I could they would get zero stars just cause.... Read more
Went There About A Month Ago Enjoyed It. My Husband & I Ate The Famous Bowl. Their Customer Service Is Wonderful.
