Cute little boba shop in a shopping center. Customer service is superb! I ordered a matcha green tea without boba, with the... least amount of sugar they are able to provide. I was given a little sample of my order to see if it was a good amount ofsweetness. I really appreciated that since matcha green tea is bitter without sugar or milk match it. The Hawaiian shaved icewas very tasty. It was not very sweet and the popping bubbles and jelly gave the shaved ice a good chewy. I was trying to treat my children to a good tea. My daughter in law and I drove all the way from Fallbrook to have their tea... here again with my son (her husband) in uniform meeting us there from March AFB. He asks to use the restroom while waiting forour order to be made but was refused and was pushed to used the rest rooms at the Mexican place next door instead . An F&Bbusiness like this should have a decency to at least let you use you comfort room waiting and while you are giving thembusiness, let alone a man in Uniform to be respected. Sorry, you had lost our business forever. If was very upsetting to see myson so uncomfortable. It was great the first time we met the owner and gave us a sample that made us try this place to beginwith . We didn?t even want tea at that time but we gave them business-made us come back. It was horrible in time of need whenyou just need to pee. How do you expect ppl to drink your drink when you can?t unload. Why pushed to go to other business whenwe were not their costumer begin with. We passed so many tea place to come to your place (nothing special) but loyalty from thefirst experience. We used to live in Elsinore and would go to TRA and it was awesome. Then we moved to Murrieta and saw they have a second... location here! Everything is clean, the service is fast and friendly. My family loves to stop by TRÀ for their delicious tea. I've had smoothies, tiger tea, and a number of other drinks. None has... disappointed. My son simply loves getting his favorite drink with special instructions, and the staff politely accepts. As someone who?s been to numerous boba shops, this has to be the one of the worst. The service was great, the boba and the tea... itself? Really bad. I ordered a taro tea. I was really hoping it was going to be good considering the prices were pretty cheap,but the reviews were 4 stars. I took a sip of my taro and I barely could swallow it. I?ve had taro milk tea from multiple placesand from here, it tasted nothing like taro. It just tasted like milk with pieces of blended up taro in it (consistency of sandalmost?!). I even had someone else try it and the first thing they said was ??what did you order again..?? THAT?S a bad sign,they?ve have taro milk tea in the past as well and the fact that it was hardly recognizable is saying something. I proceeded togo back in and switch to a new drink, the cashier was really nice and apologetic so I was willing to give them another shot.This time I got the passion fruit tea in hopes for the drink to be better. It wasn?t. The tea only had a slight hint of passionfruit and tasted super watered down. I walked away disappointed in spending my money here. Went in yesterday afternoon. There was only 1 employee working. I can?t seem to remember his name but he was amazing! He had a... lady before me order 8 drinks, I ordered 4, next lady order around 5-7 and then a lady after that. And honestly he held down thefort! He didn?t panic, he just worked harder. All our drinks came out in a good time. Even with all the work he was still verynice. I?ve been coming here for months and honestly, best place ever. Love their drinks and boba.
