The most memorable thing about this place was the wait. I waited over 20 minutes with half full capacity. Food was not bad but... I could tell the hollandaise sauce was not freshly made. I asked the server (as she was spraying the table just adjacent to mewhile I was still eating) if she knew that the cook makes the hollandaise fresh per order. She said something like, 'oh, I knowthey make it in house. I don't think they make it for every order but.... it's not like packaged or anything. ' And bingo... youwould think a server working at a breakfast place that specializes in hollandaise sauce would know that hollandaise must be madefresh or else the sauce will break. The only way you can make a giant container of it would be.... wait for it.... if it waspackaged. The reason I asked is because it took over 20 minutes to serve. This would make sense that it was freshly made but theflavor and texture told me otherwise. It would seem like the cook is taking long on purpose to make it appear like it was freshbut yikes... the proof is in the pudding. I really wasn't expecting it to be fresh but if you are going to serve packageshollandaise at least give the patron the benefit of it being served quickly. Don't lie....geesh. Like I said, I wasn't reallyexpecting it to be fresh and it really wasn't that bad but nothing tastes worse than lies and deceit. I almost forgot.... thesteak. I ordered it medium and it came out well done and a little chewy. Did not taste like quality meat. On a side note, reading the other reviews makes me think that either people don't have good taste and don't know what's good or they are justtrying to pump up their reaction to make this place sound better than it is. I think Google needs to start highlighting topreviewers more so you can see the real reviews... it's becoming an issue lately. Read more
Great little french cafe with an unassuming exterior. You could easily drive by it but definitely worth stopping for. Service... was very fast, portions are perfect and taste great. Food is traditional french and reasonably priced. Read more
Loved this little place. I had the Steak Benedict and it was delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare, as it... should be). The hollandaise sauce was especially nice. Read more

This is a hidden gem in an area filled with chain options. A small, cozy atmosphere and the delicious smells from the kitchen... made this a delightful break from the ordinary. My Quiche Loraine was filling and the chef's potatoes were seasoned toperfection. I came with my aunt who lives in the area and had no idea that the cafe existed. Her seafood salad looked amazingand she did say that the shrimp and salad were better than expected. Although we did not hit the pastries, I will definitely fitthat into my visit. Everything looked amazing: muffins and croissants prepared from scratch.
