What ever it takes don't go to this submarine I ordered a sandwich and the person only put two slices of meat on it I question... it and asked why and he said that's all it gets I asked him to weigh it and he got upset and put it on the machine with thecheese and bread I bit my tongue but I wouldn't recommend going to this one Read more
Been to this location (sky canyon in Murrieta) 4 times now. Each time we order a BLT with the bacon extra crispy but they don?t... do it and when we point out it?s not extra crispy they reply well it?s already melted into the cheese and refuse to do anythingabout it. This makes zero sense bc the other locations make sure the bacon is extra crispy and pop it in twice if they have toowithout hesitation. We have also ordered an ATL and they forget to put the avocado in stating it?s extra and they did notcharge us for it. How is that possible when the sandwich literally is an Avocado Tomato and Lettuce with turkey sandwich. Got sick from the food here. When I called to let them know. They said a half meant sorry. And then said thanks for calling.... Didn?t want anything like a refund. But being more concerned would have been nice. I?d go to the one by sams club on hotsprings. Much cleaner Read more
Second time eating Submarina and I can't remember it being this good the first time (different location maybe?) Employees were... friendly and fast, but not too fast where their work was sloppy. I would definitely eat a sando from here again! Read more
Went here for the first time a few days ago and was pleasantly impressed! First off, the inside dining area was really clean... (even though it has been closed due to Covid), as well as behind the counter where all the food ingredients & employees were. &secondly, - speaking of employees - the ones in this sandwich shop were EXTREMELY friendly and SUPER freakin? nice, not tomention courteous & helpful (for a first time customer). The prices were a little higher than expected - just cause I had beenso used to Subway & their prices. However! The food was PHENOMENAL! The sandwiches were SOOOO big! Much bigger than Subway?s.The ingredients were so fresh; so delicious. My boyfriend and I were extremely satisfied with our food & overallexperience. First time coming to this place. And all I can say is WOW!! My boyfriend and I really wanted a sub. I saw a sign that said your... restaurant and we were both like yes let's go. I got a regular turkey and my boyfriend got the BAJA. We both absolutely lovedit. If you are ever in California and want a great sub go the submarina.
