I have been going here for years it is my local grocery store. I am disappointed in the inconsistency in allowing customers to... scan their phone for points, which plays a huge role in the part of why I return to starbucks, to get my points even when payingwith a separate card. Sometimes they say they do scan the starbucks app and sometimes they say they cant. I went here last weekand the employee was very kind with helping me get my points by scanning my phone, even though I still had to insert my card topay I got my points. Today when I returned, the women who helped me was getting frustrated by slightly raising her voice at aconfused elderly women in front of me which I understood so I was very polite with her afterwards. I asked her to scan my phoneand she said it is impossible, when I politely mentioned the lady from last week she told me that she was pretending. I wouldhave appreciated a more professional response and proper training so customers can earn their reward points. Thank you. Read more
