Today I went to the drive-thru with my 5-year-old son and I ? my order taker ARI !!!!! She was extremely kind and friendly. I... placed my order and she bought me my drink. I was surprised and so happy for her generosity. I was totally inspired by ARI thatI paid for the drink for the person behind me in the drive thru. I have always been the recipient of exceptional customerservice at this Starbucks location.
