One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been too. The first time I dined in and the food was amazing as well as the... atmosphere. This second time I got takeout and it was just as great. It is more than worth it for the price. The way they add alittle cup of oil/vinegar for the bread they give you with the meal is just one of the subtle things that make this place soperfect. This experience blew my mind. Authentic, superior service and the food was beyond 5 stars. Portions were perfect, appetizers... were great to share. Can't say enough good things. Food was fair. Calamari was good; however, they used the same sauce for everything. Server was very slow and he only had 3... tables total while we were there. Restaurant was very very sparse, even on a Friday night. The worse part was that they did nothonor a $25 gift certificate (even though it clearly states on it that it never expires). They claimed that they stoppedhonoring gift certificates after Covid (which is ridiculous). It's just an excuse. They're willing to risk future patrons andget a bad review over a mere $25 gift certificate? The manager needs to take some managerial classes. Such a pity! Always a great experience here! Only 4 stars as when my husband and I went recently we were not greeted by the hosts. We walked... up to the bar for help to reserve a table for our family and we had to turn around and go back to the hosts that we just walkedpast. They were talking among each other and we felt as though we were interrupting. Super weird that they did not address us.But our server was amazing! I wish I could remember his name. It may not look like too much from the outside but I absolutely love this Italian restaurant. There's patio seating on the... outside but if you want to immerse yourself in an aesthetically pleasing Italian wine cellar, I suggest you dine indoors in thenewly renovated dining room. My husband and I had our Valentines dinner here even though the reservation list was full and thewait was over an hour. Friendly staff and great service. We started off with the calamari and caprese salad appetizers which wasdelicious. The calamari was lightly battered and crispy which I enjoyed because I don't like getting full off of heavilybattered over priced appetizers. We ordered two main course dishes, one was a lobster stuffed ravioli and the other was slowbraised short ribs with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. Everything was just so satisfying with wonderful flavors thatpaired nicely with the Zinfandel wine the waitor suggested. Great experience, I think this is our second time dining here and we went back because the first time we loved the food and this... time was not the exception. Service and food was awesome. We order a risotto with shrimp and scallops, I forgot the name of thesauce but the sauce was delicious maybe next time I will ask for that dish with extra sauce. We also order a beef ravioli withmushrooms and that dish was also delicious. We will definitely go back and try some new dishes. Read more
