One tries to support local businesses but the quality of the chicken and biscuits was food one would not feed to anyone. The... chicken was dry, hard, leathery and unchewable. The biscuits were so hard , when I tried to break it in halve , it broke intosmaller hard pieces. Throw out old chicken sitting under heat for hours. Do not serve it. Get rid of cement biscuits. WORST DRIVE-THRU LANE EVER! Warning to SUV car or even small car drivers: I wanted to point out that the second yellow pole... that is standing on the drive way in front of the side curve (driver side) in Popeye?s drive-thru lane as you pass theirdrive-thru window had a history of getting missed by SUV or tall cars. It has been repainted yellow many times because of manycars incident. Aside from their drive through entrance being so narrow, they were truly negligent in the placement of the pole. Most of Popeye?s drive-thru that I?ve been to have tall yellow poles and placed behind the curve. This particular store inMadison Murrieta, the second ?yellow pole is not visible? from the driver?s seat especially in the evening. There is no curvepreventing car from getting near it because they placed the pole in front of the curve, where should have been behind the curve. The damage on my SUV is towards the front of the car driver side or left front wheels side. The driver side of my car hadtouched the pole as I was leaving the drive-thru window. It left some scratches and dent on my car. I filed a complaint tothe Popoye?s District Manager and they did nothing to help me with the damage on my car! MY FAMILY WILL NEVER AGAIN COME TOPOPEYE?S! I stop by this location on 7/30 around 4:30. Went to the drive thu. I order a 3 piece meal and got coleslaw as my side dish. I... taste it and it tasted weird. I threw it in the trash. I didn?t feel comfortable eating it. So please be careful going to thislocation. Read more

The food is good but be prepared TO WAIT 30min to 1 hour at the drive thru. The chicken sandwich is really good costs 3.99 for... the sandwich alone. Service was ok, but you can't expect 5 star service at a fast food restaurant. Read more
The wait was too long, around 35-40 minutes to get my order, then I was gevin the wrong order, they tried to fix my order, and... was given chicken tenders that were stale and dry, would not honor what was advertised on line. Definitely will not be goingback. Read more
