Only the third time at a Panera and the first at this location. I wanted to take the family out for lunch somewhere different.... What a mistake! When ordering, she couldn?t explain to Take Two deal to me. When our order came up, they had forgotten part ofit. Portion sizes were extremely small for the high price you pay. When it arrived, the food looked pathetic looking. And when Iasked for a box to go, they couldn?t find a box big enough for the sandwich they just made for me. I got a refund and willnever, ever go back. Why is this chain still in business? Read more
This panera is the best one I have ever been to, the people are very friendly, very nice , wonderful attitude, great... personality, always laughing and having fun. I ordered some catering there for a big Meeting and get together, With 250people, they fed us all great food, the salads were wonderful. The pastries to die for yummmmmmy. Read more
Been to a lot of Paneras. They all have their unique quirks but I was impressed at the quality of food and service at this one.... This is made even more impressive because it?s obvious that most every location is currently understaffed, but they stillmanaged to deliver great food in a clean environment. Thank you! Can?t win with this location. Last time we went I ordered a pepperoni flat bread and they made it with buffalo sauce. This time... got the tuna sandwich, hardly any tuna and a hair in one half of it. Done with Panera. Read more
Ordered a lot of food which I drove to pick up. One of the 5 items was a full sized steak sandwich. The ciabatta bread was not... available so replaced with sourdough. The white cheddar wasn?t available so replace with fresh mozzarella. Received no steak.Tried to call to speak to a person. Called 5 times over 20 minutes. No answer and it hangs up after ringing approximately10times. Poor customer service. In order to get what I paid for, is to drive back to ask in person. I get it, everywhere isshort staffed. Came in for a early dinner on Easter Sunday and was created by Samantha who took our order flawlessly and with a great... attitude!!! Even though short staffed our order was made promptly and came out warm and delicious!!!! Great job!!! Read more
I give four out five stars because there?s always room for improvement. April 13 2022, I had the you pick 2 special, Spicy... chicken sandwich with turkey chili for $20.05 both were good and would buy again? I was highly surprised / disappointed thatthey didn?t offer military discounts here especially with the high military presence / residents that live in this community?I?ve done a lot of travels across this country and this is the first location that I?ve experienced not offering the militarydiscount? Ordered dinner with a pick 2 choice. Only to get home and find my 1/2 sandwich was missing. Called and the young lady took my... name and phone number and said she would add it to a Panera Bread Account. I did not previously have one. Went back in 4 nightslater, gave my phone number, they couldn?t find it and couldn?t figure out how to ?take care of the problem.? It was late, I?mdiabetic, my BG was crashing and I had my daughter with me so I asked that they just take a new order to move it along. Whiletalking to my daughter I called them a ?disaster? and the young lady told me to leave as I was being ?aggressive?. First, theyare a disaster, second I wasn?t aggressive or even disrespectful, and thirdly, their manager then gave me a card with her numberat the store on it, instead of the number for the district manager that I had asked for. Their customer service is horrible, andthis is our 3rd experience there, with all of them being disappointing. Save your frustration and drive to the next Panera. Read more
