Wow, they don?t serve nearly as much as they used to. Usually panda was a great place to get their orange chicken, but the past... couple times it hasn?t been good. Not only are the portions smaller (they obviously don?t pack the bowl full anymore), but youcan also see the breading is missing on one side of the big chicken pieces. The people who work here are generally pretty nice,but it doesn?t overlook the fact that I?m paying for a full bowl and it?s not getting fulfilled. How disappointing. Read more

"Shrinkflation" wow. Ordered beef broccoli and only got 4pcs of small beef and 3pcs broccoli on my 2 item plate. 1 scoop of... everything is all you get here. Kid that worked the front didn't pay attention to my requests. Didnt give me chop sticks when i requested it off the bat, coke... machine wasnt working properly so i asked for them to put in some more coke into it and he ignored my request. The assistantmanager helped out rhats why it isnt a one star but the kid needs to pay attention. Work in excellence. Read more
I searched online to see if the chow mien at Panda Express is vegan and to my surprise it was listed as vegan right on the... companies main website. So this morning I was excited to take my daughter to order some Chow Mien since she loves it (Literallyher favorite meal) and me being vegan felt good knowing that I can support a dish that doesn't contain any animal in it. So Iordered 2 large boxes of it for her. As I was checking out I thought I'd ask the cashier if it was vegan just to be sure (Eventhough it clearly is advertised as vegan by Panda Express Corporate) I was VERY disappointed when the cashier told me that theChow Mien at her location is not vegan and It contains Chicken flavor in the sauce. This is false advertising! I hope PandaExpress reads this review and endorses Vegan Chow Mien at all branches since there is literally zero reason why it shouldcontain animal in it. I also asked if they offer Beyond Orange Chicken, The cashier also stated that they don't offer it inCalifornia yet. Update May 2022: the staff is amazing. Especially one of the women who serves the food. It?s a welcoming atmosphere Good food... and great staff. Can?t be beat! Parking is tight though, fair warning. Read more
