Second time I come to this location just after 9pm and the doors are lockedhave no intention to dine in I would just like to... place an order And not have to sit in the drive thru. Our family has been here multiple times since moving to this area this year. On numerous occasions we have had nothing but poor... service at this location. In the past week alone we have had two different orders that were incorrect that ruined our meals.First was waiting for a lengthy amount of time for our breakfast order, when we arrived home they forgot to include allcondiments, ketchup, syrup, utensils, and hashbrown. The second was yesterday which we ordered a hot chocolate, and what we gotwas a cup full of milk, and that's when we got home! Everytime we have been in there it's always a chaotic scene as they workthe orders. Suffice to say we will no longer visit this establishment any longer. Read more
This review is for people to know that there is NO indoor seating. There?s an installed service window where the door is and... they offer printed laminated menus so it seems to be indefinite. Staff was nice. Read more
placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru. guy at the speaker confirmed they had my order and told me to pull up to the... window. pulled up to the window and there?s a lady staring at my mom not saying anything, even after she told her that we had amobile order and we were told to pull up. she stared a while longer then went back to working the headset. when she finishedwhat she was doing, she looked at my mom weirdly and asked why we were at the window. we reminded her we had a mobile order andshe told us that they didn?t have one, even though the guy told us they did and to pull up to the window. she then brought outthe guy who told us and he said they did, but it didn?t go through and that i had no order even when i showed them my code. iget errors happen, but you could have told us this at the speaker instead of all this? would have been easier to drive off andsave everyone the trouble lol Read more
Pretty sure they put pepto bismol in my iced coffee. I also asked for a plain cheeseburger, but of course...
It?s McDonald?s? there?s not much to tell. It?s pretty average. The only thing that stands out is the ice cream machine was... working when I visited. On a serious note the building was clean when I visited, the employees were kind, and the service wasfast. The only thing I like here is the McFlurrys. I can?t eat the other trash. Read more
