It?s Mcdonald?s, and it?s getting slower and slower to get food . order was placed at 752 pm and it wasn?t ready until 810 . ... I come to this McDonald's a lot on the graveyard shift. I ordered a Big Mac combo meal in a large size it came up to $11.19. I... gave the cashier boy $20.20 but I was only giving back one cent. I asked for my $9 and he looked confused. I told him I gave you$20 but on my receipt he put that I gave him $11.20. I was told by the girl in charge to park in front of the McDonald's so shecan count the drawer. It took a long time and then she came to me and said her drawer was only $3 over and that was all she wasgoing to give me. I was angry I said I don't care about your drawer I want my $9 back. But she refused and said that was nothingshe could do about it and that I should come back in the morning and talk to her manager. I told her I gave you $20 now and Iwant my change back now , that coming back in the morning is a inconvenience for me. This Jennifer girl was very unprofessionalvery rude and disrespectful and she knows I am a regular customer at that McDonald's why would I want to cheat McDonald's out of$9. I am not hard up to scam someone out of $9. I had to call the sheriff while I was waiting for the sheriff to come thatJennifer girl came out with $9 and told me the next time it happens they can't give me my money back. I told her to tell thatboy to pay attention. I could not believe how I was treated at this McDonald's and told the next time they make a mistake theycan not give me my money back. I even asked her to look at the video and she told me she doesn't have access to the video.Someone that steals is not going to ask you to look at a video. This really opened my eyes to someone working for a company canactually take your money and refuse to give you your change. What is this world coming to. This McDonald's also has a habit ofnot filling up the French fry box. You pay for a large french fry but you're actually getting a medium. The staff at work were very noisy. Personal phone calls and chats... we waited over 20 minutes for our order. I went up to ask... whether how long I need to wait and 4 employees saw me standing there but did not offer to help. I literally had to grab anemployee that was clocking in to check on our order. I was told that people that orders from the kiosk themselves are put atlast as their priorities are drive thru and for those that orders directly at the cashier. This does not make any sense and itsridiculous how they told me that I should have not used the kiosk. Also, the employees are louder than the customers and mostof the employees that were on break were acting as if it was there own place. Read more
Ordered Uber eats and did a terrible job. Fries weren't filled. And for a 20 piece nugget, they only put 3 sweet and sour... sauces. Read more
This is the 4th time on 4 different days that I've came through the drive thru here and tried to order two Oreo McFlurry s and... all 4 times so far they have been out of all ice cream! C'mon now, this is the newest McDonald's in this town and they don'thave any ice cream?? Especially how hot it's been. Plus they always get my order wrong everytime I've been here. Read more
The products are great, and at a great value. However, the employees in the drive through are not the most attentive. When... ordering the frappes, the size was not asked and just put on the order as small. When the employee was told we would likemedium, there was much confusion and placed one as a medium and one as small. We corrected him again and he assured us the orderwas changed to medium. Pull up to the window to pay and it showed 2 smalls...so we had to again correct it. Read more
Good experience, employees were helpful. The tables had Braille, touchscreens games were available free of charge. Clean dining... area, play structure was open, and bathrooms were clean too. Read more
1st very confusing order board when I walked in. It states:. " It's faster" NOPE. Had to go to the counter to pay... anyway....... Got my order mixed up with someone else....... Delivered my real order to my table ( (without drinks..cups). Wasthen TOLD that I had to remind the person at the counter while I paid (for the order made on the confusing order board that saysit will be faster and more convenient?? . Worst McD's I've been to.
