Manager doesn't want to work. Swnding people as claiming short staffed and owners dont want to pay them. Sad place.

Absolutely God awful response time when trying to place an order over the phone. Even on days and at times when there's no high... volume of call or orders that normally would take place I was sitting on calls that would last upwards of 5-10+ minutes with nopick up from the location. Read more

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Customer service doesn’t exist here. You stand in the lobby waiting for someone to come to... the front, but now one does. I ordered on line for pick up at 10:45, at 11:06 it still wasn’t ready. Not coming here again. Read more

Our visit was horrendous first we ordered on the app and it said it would be ready at 6:15 pm and headed to the store to get our... order and checked inside to no avail. Checked the app again and it said our order was being cooked at 6:08 and it would still be40 minutes more. Absolutely despicable service and the counter help that appeared as a manager was so busy behind the counter westood there for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged and there was other customers waiting for help. I'm extremelydisappointed and our veggie pizza wasn't even cooked thoroughly. I really hope this location can get their act together. I'll bevery apprehensive to return to this location. I had a really bad experience at this pizza place and took about 2 hours plus to get my food for my kids. Bought it online.... They still didn't have my food ready. It was a very long line. Most of the time they don't answer the phone to place orders.???? Read more

The last time I went there “no crazy bread dough”. This time, crazy bread took 20 plus minutes and the pizzas were/are... pretty terrible. I mean, elementary school 1982 pizza was better. The Wings (no sauce) were alright given the ranch at home. The newly hired employee seemed caring and helpful (he is the reason they get one star). The other reason is that they are opentill 2300 when all the rest close at 2000/2100. Read more

Yesterday I had to wait for my order a little over an hour. I showed up to pick up my order 15 minutes after the estimated time... for the pick up and wasn’t ready yet. The manager told me that I have to wait 5 minutes. I was even overlooked, ignored by thepersonnel like I didn’t exist every time I was asking about my order. This place is a “BIG JOKE” regarding customerservice, not to mention the cleanliness, mold everywhere on the roof. That’s right, yesterday I had the time to look aroundand I was scared of what I’ve seen. It should be closed down to preserve other people’s sanity and health.
