Absolutely God awful response time when trying to place an order over the phone. Even on days and at times when there's no high... volume of call or orders that normally would take place I was sitting on calls that would last upwards of 5-10+ minutes with nopick up from the location. Read more

Our visit was horrendous first we ordered on the app and it said it would be ready at 6:15 pm and headed to the store to get our... order and checked inside to no avail. Checked the app again and it said our order was being cooked at 6:08 and it would still be40 minutes more. Absolutely despicable service and the counter help that appeared as a manager was so busy behind the counter westood there for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged and there was other customers waiting for help. I'm extremelydisappointed and our veggie pizza wasn't even cooked thoroughly. I really hope this location can get their act together. I'll bevery apprehensive to return to this location.
