Upon opening my order 1 of my tacos was extremely cold torn in half with just cheese inside . The chicken nuggets tasted and... smelled like dirty grease. This Jack Box needs a thorough cleaning. Will never stop here again. Read more

Four time to take a order and still can't get it . No cream or sugar would have been nice to let me know before ordering coffee... no napkins. Bathroom not the best. In side the store was nice but service was just bad. Read more

Worst jack in the box ever. I came to pick up an Uber call and all workers stared at me for a good 10 minutes before one decided... to ask what I needed. The order took even longer. There?s multiple people working so there?s no problems with short staff. Thiswas ridiculous! Read more

Slowest drive through ever. Every. Single. Time. Today I waited 20 minutes in line, I only wanted a shake, wasted so much gas... and time that I will never get back, just for them to tell me the shake machine was getting cleaned so they couldn?t makeshakes. No compensation, no extra customer service, just time and money (gas) wasted. And of course at a time where gas is at anall time high. Dining in is fine, but drive through will make you wanna pull your hair out and scream. And I work at a minimumwage restaurant so usually I?m understanding, but this is just ridiculous. Read more

I call this location every few months to complain and it does no good. They don't seem to follow food safety protocols nor even... seem to understand how to prepare simple foods. I have determined that the failure here is the manager. The responsibility forensuring quality food is prepared and that it is done safely comes down to the manager training and maintaining that standard.Do better manager and owner, because right now your restaurant poses a risk to your customers. Ordered spicy tenders and wasn't given a receipt, went back today to order same thing and was told they Do not sell em and... haven't in months.
