I have no complaints. This Jack in the Box ALWAYS gets my order right! I go with my kids after school through the drive thru so... around 4pm. Employee's are nice and patient. They work pretty fast. Prices are very reasonable. Always good deals. Read more
It?s a shame to have to give 1 star. With all due respect, the chicken sandwich I had delivered August 31st, 1:04AM was... practically raw, chewy, and still very pink. It?s September 3rd and i?m still suffering the effects of food poisoning. This is amajor inconvenience to this location and I encourage the cooks to double check when serving. Read more
The location is a visible popular location, which is why I use it. However, they need to slow down with the orders. On two... recent visits they messed up in my orders. When I phoned to inform them, they do not answer or respond to messages. Plus theyfailed to give me my receipts. Read more

Bought the spicy chicken sandwich, the fillet was extremely dry and stringy. Overcooked and was obviously sitting in the warmer... for quite a while as it was barely lukewarm. When the employee asked if I wanted cheese I said no but she must have thought Isaid yes. (I can't fault her for that because I glanced at the order screen and confirmed the order was correct).
