The atmosphere is nice! But it?s a hit or miss when it comes to their staff. A pink haired lady was so sweet and happy to serve... us but the cash register lady looked serious with us as we ordered. She even offered a receipt to a few of the guy customersafter us. We didn?t get it offered to us. These are not a big deal more than having a good attitude but these things add up. Theother one who was calling out names was pretty quiet. We were standing by the pick up and she didn?t mention the drink was forus. Until we asked. Then we were paying attention for our name for a to-go bagel same thing. She walks up and says oh areyou___? And I asked has that been here long? She said oh I don?t know I just walked up. When the guys are working they all seemto be nice and welcoming when we order. I don?t know why it?s inconsistent. Their food is delicious and some of the drinks aretoo like their tropic thunder. This place is a hidden gem! A great place to go to relax and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat. A great selection of food and... drinks and prices well! The staff there is super nice and personable! Intazza is truly an amazing spot to just chill, chat, spend time together and try out their amazing food and Coffee. This place... NEVER disappoints. Staff are very polite and trustworthy and a 5 star service. If there is something I like about Intazza, itseverything. I always enjoy their flatbread and Good Morning Americas. i really enjoyed the atmosphere at this coffee shop. it is a little out of the way if you're not from the area and choose to... visit off the freeway but it is definitely hip and worth the visit. the patio was a highlight on our visit and a great place tospend the afternoon at. the cold brews we ordered came out fairly quickly and were delicious. i also recommend making your wayup the stairs to the loft area and enjoying the view inside. i also really liked they had a small room dedicated to be a smallart gallery and i hope they keep that part open!
