The food at El Pollo Loca is usually always fresh and delish. However, the staff at our last visit was a bit short and kept... getting our order wrong a few times. Thought I would give this place a try for the first time. I got a side of "guacamole" and chips. It was literally just an... avocado and the chips were super stale. It said the burrito came with guacamole as well but again it was just avocado. Read more
This is not your typical Pollo Loco...this is more like your mom and pops favorite restaurant. The first thing you notice is how... elegant and SUPER CLEAN this place is. You are met by very friendly quick employees. Food is ready within 5 minutes and warm anddelicious to see. The chicken does taste better too. Did i mention how clean this place is? and the employees wont stopcleaning.... even the tables that are already clean lol. Always yummy, hot and fresh, but be prepared for attitude when ordering through the drive thru. Their speaker keeps breaking up... and lots of static. The person on the other end got overly frustrated because she had to repeat herself. The chicken tortillasoup was really good. Service was fast. Read more

Had the chicken queso burrito ????. It was HUGE! And had the Al Carbon chicken taco ????.. bother were pretty good ???? Only... problem was the manager was not very nice at all.. I asked for the gaucamole on the side and when the lady rung me up she didn'tknow how to put it in like that so receipt said no guacamole and when I asked for it he was snippy and said "It clearly sayshere NO GUACAMOLE." Also when I asked for the mild sauce he handed me a cup of diced tomatoes (not at all like the picture) andhe got all argumentative with me about it being mild salsa.. ???? ????
