I ordered some food for my mother and sister to eat. I noticed I hadn't received a notification of delivery after an hour. I... checked online and the status bar hadn't moved from "preparing". Come to find out the location is really behind. I called and mypizza was finally being made... I'm sure if I hadn't called it would've taken longer. Anyhow, I cancelled my order. I would'veappreciated a notification at least of the order being late. Same thing happened last time as well, it stated my order was readyand still waited a long time after for it to come out. I was quoted 15-20 minutes for delivery, and my still hadn't left the store when an hour passed. I called to cancel the order,... and the person I spoke with didn't make any attempt to address the issue (they obviously don't care if they lose customers).Don't order delivery from here. No Stars if I could! Delivery for 2 pizzas took 1 hour and 10 minutes when it said it would take 35 minutes... Wish I could pull... back the tip but they make you choose it before you can place the order. Watched the driver take 2 different deliveries beforeours where they were out of the way or more convenient for the street lights to make vs, having to make u-turns. Well, if you order here and they say it will be ready in 10-15 minutes, they really mean about an hour and a half. No... apologies, no extra sauce, no nothing --- nobody cares. Wonderful environment, three other patrons had also been standingthere for over an hour to get their pizza that they were told was ready 50 minutes ago. The guy at the counter obviouslydidn't give a rip, and he could not understand my last name, which he miss-typed into his system at least three times. The place seemed pretty clean, the staff was really friendly, but during a time listed as not too busy they were pretty slow. It... took a few minutes just to place an order inside, then about 30 mins for the food to come out. Everything tasted great though! Read more
I ordered a 16" pizza to be delivered. The pizza was dry and burnt. It was also cut irregularly that some pieces are 2-3 times... bigger than other . It was for a group of kids and none of them ended up eating it because it was so dry .. With delivery andtips, I paid almost $34 for this .. Called the store and waited for 30 minutes until someone picked up the phone. They didoffer a refund . Read more
Taste is really good....ordered 3 pizzas 1: Brooklyn style...bacon, ham and pepperoni 2: Hawaiian thin crust 3: Garlic permassan... sauce with mushrooms, garlic and chicken...this was my fav...not fam of tomato sauce. Read more
I have ordered from Dominos for many years at a different location. Recently moved out here to Temecula and found this location... to be the closest to me after an online search. I called the number online and a young woman took my call. Told me 23 minutesblah blah. It had been over 1 hr and I called to see if it was on its way soon. They said there was a confusion, that they had alot of orders on my street. And that it was another 45 min to 1 hr. I told them I had placed my order over an hr ago and thatthey had given me a different time frame. She said apparently the phone calls are directed to a call center where you place theorder with someone who is usually way off in the delivery time. I asked why they didn?t have a direct phone line to their storeand they said I have to press #2 on the call to have my call sent To them. But when you call this isn?t mentioned in theoperator. So basically they don?t have a direct phone line and my two kids have waited for nothing. Asked to have the callcancelled and ordered from Round Table down the street.
