Ordered the new Reece's peanut butter with awesome sauce. They make it but failed to say they don't have the awesome sauce. Yep... so it was ice cream with half a peanut butter cup smashed in it. Ordered the cheesecake ... all it was is cheesecake ice cream and caramel... really ?what the? ....its supposed to have berries... and other stuff in it. Nothing.Then got into the coffee heath bar ... boring. Just coffee ice cream with alil of heath bar ontop. I paid extra for extra toppings and got jipped. 18 bucks in two pints of ice cream. Decided to stop by 9pm Saturday night for a quick treat. Very hot and stuffy inside. Had quite a bit of people in there. Very... limited amount of seating, due to the small size shop. But we were able to find a spot outside. We ordered the strawberryblonde and a Reese Cup selection. Thet staff was very helpful and nice. Ice cream creation was delicious as usual. Will bereturning. The worst experience I had today with this place, first there was a new employee that was not getting any help with orders, she... took a while preparing my ice cream that was something simple I had ordered by the time me and my boyfriend got our cups of icecream they completely melted! It was super watery to the point where we could not enjoy our ice cream. We walk back insidetelling one of the employees that the ice cream was melted and we wanted new ones made but she insisted that there ice creamfreezer machines where not working. Like why don?t you let your customers know before they order. It?s a waste of our time andmoney. I am very disappointed and upset! Read more
